MEET OURCHARITY PARTNERS
THE PRINCE'S TRUST
The Prince’s Trust is the leading youth organisation in the UK – and the first charity we collaborated with back in 2018. We make an annual donation to their renowned Enterprise Programme – which has seen over 90,000 18–30-year-olds launch their own business through workshops, mentoring and financial support – while running events from Origin and providing office space for young people on the scheme.
ACCESS SPORT
Access Sport is dedicated to making sport and its benefits more accessible to disadvantaged and disabled young people. They train, equip and support community sports clubs, organisations and volunteers to provide inclusive programmes and transform the lives of local children. We provide a venue and platform for their key networking and roundtable events, while supporting their incredible fundraising efforts and helping at volunteering days.
SOUTH BRISTOL YOUTH
South Bristol has one of the lowest higher education rates in the country – and this charity is on a mission to turn it around. They help over 1,500 young people every year to enter apprenticeships, higher education or high-quality employment. As well as providing financial support, we invite young people on the scheme to visit our workspace, meet entrepreneurs, and gain confidence in a professional environment.
GYMPANZEES
Gympanzees delivers fully inclusive and accessible leisure facilities so that every disabled child in the southwest can enjoy a life filled with exercise, play and friendship. Along with the grants provided, we help at their regular pop up events, take part in fundraising activities and offer reduced charity rates for use of our facilities.
YOUTH MOVES
Youth Moves is here for the young people of South Bristol. As a youth-driven charity, the charity deliversthe best for young people through their outstanding youth work.
They help and encourage individuals to live their best lives – to feel safe and to be themselves, to be happy and have fun, to grow and be confident. They give young people a voice and make sure they’re heard.
The youth clubs they deliver offer positive, purpose-built spaces in the heart of South Bristol where young people can meet, take part in a range of activities and get involved in projects that benefit the wider community.
The charity also provides targeted youth work and a mentoring service on a one-to-one level, tailored to individual needs. They do this by working closely with schools to offer additional support where necessary and reach out and engage with young people in our neighbourhoods.
Grassroot Communities
Grassroot Communities is a community-based, non-profit organisation that empowers young people from everyday communities to build the opportunities they want based on their passions. They design programmes based on needs analysis and consultation with the young people and their communities.
